🎶Healing Voices🎶

Singing for Wellbeing: Are you struggling to deal with life at the moment? Do you often feel lonely? Suffering from depression? Do you have health problems? Are you recently bereaved? Maybe you have dementia? Or are just fed up with things at the moment? Or do you just love singing?
Come and join us at Healing Voices!
Music and singing, particularly in a group can really help. Did you know that research shows that singing is good for you physically, emotionally and intellectually?
🎶Come along for an hour of fun singing, with all music provided, followed by a cuppa and biscuits🎶
😊Ditton Community Centre 3.30pm- 5pm😊
